Debut EP from prolific singer/songwriter Matt Alpaugh as These Are a Fisherman's Favorite Dreams. The Buffalo Ep is the quintessential format, 5 songs intruding on the idea that something comes from nothing and sometimes nothing comes from something. Love lost, burning cities, fractured freedom, family ties, wrapped up in acoustic cynicism is what left out on the table from this 20min plus Ep. Matt and compadre Chris (Petie) Peterson, nearly stumbled upon these set of songs while recording the Fishermans full length debut. Without a home on the anticipated release these some what misfit tunes some how almost magically fit together. Tethered with handmade packaging which features iconic pictures of underground Buffalo landmarks, the Buffalo Ep was born.
